JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 11.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that petitioner no.1, namely, Deepak Das and petitioner no.3, namely, Arjun Das have already been arrested and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed being infructous. So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Mala Devi @ Rukmani Devi is concerned, she happens to be mother-in-law of the complainant and only general allegation of torturing has been levelled against her.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
