This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2016 having the allegation that he has caused dagger injury in stomach of Gopi. The injury report is consistent with the prosecution allegation.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is refused.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer, if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Court below.
