Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 504, 379, 384 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioners on the basis of Complaint Case No. 1598 of 2014.

It is admitted case of the complainant that he is driver of one Dr. Himanshu Kumar Mishra as well as Anita Kumari Verma with whom the petitioners have serious litigation due to land dispute. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, other accused have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5692 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 1598 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
