This is a specious plea which is not acceptable

The other reason seeking a direction to the respondents for considering his case for transfer in and around Patna is that his wife is in Government job and is posted in Barh.
After some arguments, Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2) detailing his grievances. Should such a representation be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, it will be disposed off by the concerned respondent within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
This Court makes it very clear that no direction has been issued with respect to the prayer made in the present petition and the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed off in accordance with law.
