Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Giryaki @ Giriyak P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, the terms of settlement has been mutually agreed upon by them as per the Memorandum of Agreement dated 22.03.2023 as annexed at Flag 'Z'. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
