2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(a) To direct the respondent to make payment of compensation as per new land acquisition policy to the petitioner for the petitioner's land acquired by the government for extension of N.H.-83 Road, Patna, Dhobhi in the district of Jehanabad in Land Acquisition no. 19/2009.

(b) To direct the respondent to make

Patna High Court CWJC No.19909 of 2016(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 payment of statutory interest on the delayed amount of payment of compensation on market value as per new Act treating the land as commercial.

(c) To grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring an appropriate petition before the appropriate authority.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. The concerned Authority shall take into account that the writ petition was pending before this Court for nine long years while dealing with the limitation petition. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
