2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3270 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal

3. The case of the prosecution based on complaint petition is that one Bali Ram Singh, who has been arrayed as accused no. 1 in the complaint petition has executed sale-deed in favour of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are purchasers and petitioner no. 4 is identifier.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above and the fact that the case is based on complaint petition, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Complaint Case No. 3270 of 2023, they will be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
