Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Misc. Case No. 7 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in no way concerned with the alleged recovery of liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
