JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 The only prayer of the petitioner is to conclude the investigation of the case beign Jamui P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 302/34. The petitioner is said to be the informant of the case and it is his grievance that despite a lapse of over two years, the investigation has not gone well and it has not been concluded. Learned counsel for the State submits that under such circumstance appropriate direction may be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case and in the nature of the prayer made before this court, it is deemed just

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.155 of 2020(3) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 and proper to direct the Superintendent of Police, Jamui (respondent no. 3) to review the investigation of the case, supervise the same and ensure completion of investigation and submission of police final report/form in accordance with law within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
