Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.T.P.C. P. S. case no. 34/2014 registered under sections 341, 332, 504, 506, 353 of the IPC.
It would appear from perusal of the first information report that one Neha Kumari aged about 9 years died in course of her treatment and her death caused annoyance to her relatives who misbehaved with the doctor on duty.
Admittedly, petitioner is maternal uncle of deceased Neha Kumari and his name surfaced in this case in course of investigation but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the

No.5424 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in N.T.P.C. P. S. case no. 34/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
