This application is for grant of bail in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No.207 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 420, 120B & 201 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are Driver and 'Khalasi' of the Truck and they have nothing to do with the seized articles. They are in custody since 14.12.2016. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that a huge quantity of liquor has been recovered. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that a huge quantity of liquor has been recovered, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5796 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 bail to the petitioners at this stage, however, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after completion of six months. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
