Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. Same be kept on the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 3 of the bail application, in the light of the statement made in the supplementary affidavit, in course of the day.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 376(D), 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3⁄4 of Immoral

Prosecution case, in short, is that the police got information that flesh trade is going on in the house of the petitioner. The police raided and found a couple in compromising position and flesh trade was going on. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. The premises in question was given on rent to the co-accused persons. The petitioner had no knowledge regarding the activities being carried out by the accused persons in the said premises. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. The victim has not named the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R.
