Taking into consideration that in huge quantity foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the shop-cum- house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Banka P.S. case no. 588/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
