2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10232 of 2015.

3. A perusal of the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 10232 of 2015 this Court is not satisfied that any case for contempt is made out against the opposite party, more so in absence of any positive direction.

4. It is made clear that the present order shall not stand in the way of the petitioners from taking any appropriate action in terms of the agreement, if so advised, in accordance with law.
