That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature certiorari to quash the order dated 9-11-2023, vide letter No. 2869 as passed by the Principal Chief of forest conservator (HOFF) Bihar Patna as passed by respondent no. 4 and issuance a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 4 to grant

Patna High Court CWJC No.4002 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 medical leave to the petitioner and may be set aside the order of withheld increment of one year without cumulative effect of the petitioner." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 9.11.2023, passed by the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (HoFF), Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed before the appellate authority, within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
