This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Fire arm was recovered from possession of coaccused, Khushal Khan, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4300 of 2017. Khushal Khan has disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Case No. 126 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Munger, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
