2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(b), 30(c), 36, 37, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of about 1667 liters of illicit liquor.

4. The petitioner's name has come during investigation and the petitioner was found running away from the place of seizure.

5. Considering the huge recovery and the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
