JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khudaganj Police Station Case No. 177 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 290, 332, 353, 431, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that petitioners along with several other are said to have blocked the road in protest of transfer of one Upendra Master and except the aforesaid allegation there appears to be nothing against them, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5440 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Khudaganj Police Station Case No. 177 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
