The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.227 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 307, 326, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation where the bomb allegedly thrown by this petitioner on the informant has led to amputation I am not persuaded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner who should surrender and pray for regular bail which should be considered by the court below on its merit without being prejudiced by this order.

This application is dismissed.
