Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B)/447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The incident took place on account of cutting of bamboo tree. The informant is father-in-law and the petitioner is son-in-law.

Learned counsel submits that the parties have entered into a compromise and there is peace and harmony in the family.

No.9816 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- ( Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 165 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
