2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 462/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the name of the petitioner has come during investigation as the petitioner is said to be the henchman of one Mukhiya who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner has five
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10792 of 2026(3) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 23.12.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Dumra P.S.
