The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.871 of 2011, Tr.No.4235/15 registered under Section 498(A) of I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of D.P.Act.

The accusation is of torture of the complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and driving out from her along with her two children from matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to misunderstanding and he is in jail custody since 23.1.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13516 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Tiwari, .J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No.871/11, Tr.No.4235/15.
