JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 In the present application the prayer of the petitioner is for restoration of Cr.W.J.C. No.1200 of 2014 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 19.12.2014. It is contended that due to inadvertence the defects pointed out by the office could not be removed within the time granted by the court. However, subsequently, the defects have already been removed and the order dated 19.12.2014 has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the State raises no objection to the prayer for restoration of the writ petition.
On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, prayer
Patna High Court MJC No.492 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 is allowed. Cr.W.J.C. No.1200 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original file.
