Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Nilesh Kumar @ Nilesh Gupta who is under custody since 04.01.2020 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition, is hereby directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.222 of 2019 (Special Case No.35 of 2019).
