2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 109, 119(1), 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., registered in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case No. 378 of 2024.
3. As per allegation, while the informant and his sister's son (bhagina) were on way to market, the petitioner and other accused persons, waylaid them and demanded Rs. 50,000/- as ransom. On refusal, the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant, leading to his injury. It is further alleged that co-accused Anmol Kumar assaulted Ajay Kumar with lathi on his head, causing him injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. The FIR has been lodged after three days of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and the nature of injury being simple in nature, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case No. 378 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
