This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The prosecution report, submitted in this case, reveals that 5 liters of country made liquor and raw mahua was recovered from the back side of the house of this petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 45 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, or successor Court.
