In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As the petitioner has three criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
