The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 376(D)(A) & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner committed rape upon the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of six months. There is no medical report in support of the allegation made in the F.I.R.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific allegation against

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
