Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P. S. case no. 99/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

It appears that the petitioner is said to have given one lathi blow on the head of informant's wife who, according to annexure 2 to this petition, sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

According to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of the injury sustained by informant's wife, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to
