This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. 6075 of 2017 by this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6075 of 2017 by this Court, the petitioner was directed to be released on bail but due to wrong mentioning of Sessions Trial No.321 of 2015 in the first paragraph and the prayer portion of Criminal Misc. No.6075 of 2017, the same has been typed in the second and last paragraph of the order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6075 of 2017 by this Court, which should have been Sessions Trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21946 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 No.58 of 2017 and prays for modification in the aforesaid order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6075 of 2017 by this Court in this regard.
In that view of the matter, let in the second paragraph and last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6075 of 2017 by this Court, the "Sessions Trial No.321 of 2015" be read as "Sessions Trial No.58 of 2017". The order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6075 of 2017 by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of. Let this order be communicated to the court of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No.58 of 2017, arising out of Saharghat P.S. Case No.45 of 2015.
