2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhadaur P.S Case No. 60 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147 / 148 / 149 / 448 / 324 / 326 / 307 / 504 / 120B of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, many named and unnamed variously armed with weapons came and abused the informant and the co-accused Chotan Singh ordered to kill the informant. Upon the order,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13956 of 2024(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/3 the petitioner and the co-accused persons opened fire and caused multiple firearms injuries to the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that co-accused has already granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53198 of 2023. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 18.01.2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
