The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sultanganj Case No. 191 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7477 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 23.02.2024, a status report has been received dated 01.03.2024 by which it appears that the case is fixed for adducing the prosecution witnesses and

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shubham/- U T
