The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
375 sachets containing 200 Ml. each illicit liquor were recovered from the shop of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure is in violation of provision under Section 100 of Cr. P.C. Moreover, on suspicion it is alleged that shop in question was of the petitioner.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9794 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2 / 2 date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M., Munger.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
