The petitioner seeks bail in Guraru P.S. case No. 25 of 2016 under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The informant alleged that while he was standing on the construction site, six unknown criminals came on two motor cycles and assaulted the informant with fists and slaps after abusing him. The accused persons snatched mobile from labourer and asked him not to continue the construction work. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14878 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Jaiswal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in Guraru P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1806 of 2016).
