Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mithanpura Police Station Case No. 153 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that allegation of taking money for execution of the sale deed is against the co-accused Md Zahid Hussain and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that she abused the informant, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on

No.5444 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in Mithanpura Police Station Case No. 153 of 2013, G.R.No. 2059 of 2013 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
