2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief :- "That this writ application is being filed for quashing provisional selection list of selected candidate which was official notified by criminal investigation department, Government of Bihar, Patna dated 21/12/25."

3. After some argument and having heard the observation of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant application with liberty to challenge the final selection list as and when the Criminal

4. Without entering into the merits of the case of the petitioner, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
