This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Koilwar Police Station Case No. 01 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 326(A), 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, earlier this case has been adjourned till framing of charge and now charge in this case has been framed. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last 04.01.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15987 of 2017 (5) dt.12-09-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Koilwar Police Station Case No. 01 of 2017.
