JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 69248 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of establishing physical relationship with the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail once charge has been framed and FIR itself shows that she is a consensual party.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10729 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 314 of 2018, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
