Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015 registered under Sections409/420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of 10,08,000/- petitioner has already distributed Rs. 9,00,800/- and has deposited the vouchers. It is further stated that petitioner has also distributed the remaining amount of Rs. 1,07,200/- and petitioner is ready to deposit the vouchers of its distribution. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.14299 of 2017 (6) dt.19-07-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ata in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015 with condition that petitioner will deposit the vouchers of distribution in respect of the remaining amount of Rs. 1,07,200/- within a period of four weeks from the date of his release.
