The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 597 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2018. He further submits that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case only on suspicion that different bank accounts are in the name of different persons but in the Adhar Card of the petitioner.
