2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 559 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 447/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners reached the C.S.P center of Central Bank of India, Mina Bazar which was run by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13776 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 the informant. The petitioners are said to have caught hold of the informant and started abusing and assaulting him by iron rod with an intention to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that there is a case and counter case but both the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and they are residing in the locality in a cordial atmosphere. Learned counsel submits that they have compromised their case.

5.Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 559 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
