JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties as with regard to the following relief prayed in this writ application:- "For quashing the order no. P8-1/2014 (Establishment) dated 29.11.2014 passed by Commandant 84 Batalian CRPF, FCI camp Gaunchatta whereby and whereunder he was dismissed from service with immediate effects as well as benefit/award acquired during service period as a GD constable were seized without considering its factual aspect as well as legal also and as such punishment awarded/imposed are serious not proportionate with charges when it requires sympathetic consideration."

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, while being posted in Central Reserve Police Force (C.R.P.F.) at Jammu,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2551 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 was dismissed from service and against such order, the petitioner also filed an appeal at Jammu and the appellate authority before whom the appeal is said to be pending is also at Jammu, this writ application filed in this Court on the basis of his now residing in the State of Bihar, must be held to be wholly ill-advised and misconceived inasmuch as no part of cause of action has arisen within territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
