Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may offer to deposit the misappropriated amount. The present petition stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that if the petitioner appears before the court below within six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass
