The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.110 of 2016, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police regarding which Halsi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 was instituted in which the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case, except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11805 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-III, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
