This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of opposite party no. 2 who has been granted bail vide order dated 02.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7168/2014, in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 90/2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

After some argument, in view of observation already made with consequential effect in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5488 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 order dated 2nd July, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7168/2014, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to agitate the matters before the court below who shall pass appropriate order at the earliest. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
