The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 319 of 2020 registered under Sections 205, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is an Advocate and a man of clean antecedent.
