The present application has been filed making a prayer of modification of the order, dated 12.01.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13660 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner to represent before the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 4).

It transpired from the pleadings that instead of filing representation before the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 4), prayer has been made to represent before the Secretary, Water

The petitioner is directed to represent himself before the Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) within two weeks from today.
