2. The present petition has been preferred:
"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for deliberately and willfully violated the order dated 16.01.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 15444 of 2010."

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 with a calculation chart to show that the order stands complied.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he still has come grievance and thus may be permitted to approach the Director, ICDS, Bihar, Patna (opposite party no.2) for the redressal of the grievance.
5. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied, after granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter if still he has come grievance before appropriate forum.
6. With the aforesaid observation MJC No. 3887 of 2018 is disposed of.
