The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner gave Khukhari blow on the head of uncle of informant.

Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Moreover, the case has now been compromised between the parties (copy of compromise petition at Annexure 4). Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17966 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 4, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 307 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
