Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal life. Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. S.
